Ingredients
1 3/4 lbs. of stew meat
1/2 cup of flour
1 1/2 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. of pepper
3 cups of beef broth
1/2 cup of red wine
1 onion diced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. of paprika
2 carrots (sliced)
3 large potatoes (sliced)
1/4 lb. of fresh green beans
1 bay leaf (didn't use)
1 stalk of celery (didn't use)
2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet (didn't use)
Procedure/Directions:
1. Flour and brown the stew meat chunks and put into crockpot.
2. Put the rest of the ingredients and unused portion of flour into the crockpot.
3. Cook on high for 3 1/2 hrs.
Makes 3 servings.
